We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adrianna Papell purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and security loops remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
